Time flies, doesn’t it?
It seems like just yesterday the year started and I took the reins as President of the CCB. Many may remember that I said at the time I would take it for a year, and then step down. That year ends this February.
My hopes then (as now) is that somebody else would ponder running for President and will be eager to step in and run in February. I would really like to see someone younger step up. I’d also welcome a woman president for a truly different focus (sorry, I just had to add that). Anyway, I realize it is still many months away, but I wanted to get the thought machinery starting to spin in our heads.
So… how about it? Nominations will be held at the January meeting and elections will be held during the February meeting. Want to give it a go?
